Please note, Box Office personnel will be on site at GGS, 250 Front St. West, 2 hours prior to performances for in-person sales and pre-ordered ticket pick-ups for that day's event only. This is applicable to evening, weekday, weekend and holiday performances.

You can purchase tickets through the box office in one of three ways:

- In-person during business hours. Please note, no service charges for in-person ticket sales (less then 20).

The following service charges will be levied on all ticket purchases, except in person as noted above.

Payment Options
You may purchase tickets for all Glenn Gould Studio events by cash (in-person sales only), VISA, Mastercard or AMEX. A $4.50 service charge per ticket will be applied for telephone, fax and internet orders, and in-person orders purchased at the box office of over 20 tickets per event.
Please note, there is no maximum amount for service charges on ticket purchases.

Tickets for any studio event can be purchased in advance over the phone or in person during regular RTH-MH business hours. Any remaining tickets for that days event can be exclusively purchased in person only at the door starting two hours prior to the stated performance time, whether in the evening, weekend or holidays.

Anyone who wishes to purchase a discounted student or child's ticket when available, must provide proof of age or enrollment.

All ticket sales are final, and there are no refunds or exchanges. Management reserves the right to limit quantities on any ticket purchase.

Important note:

To purchase a ticket through the RTH-MH website, you will be required to register. The address you provide when purchasing these tickets will be added to the patron data bank of GGS, RTH-MH and the promoter of the events you are attending. These data banks may be used to advise you of other events which may be of interest to you, to forward to you promotional material and to solicit your attendance at future events. Should you wish your address to be removed from the patron data bank, please do not check the box when registering online.

 

Parking

There are a number of parking lots within walking distance of Glenn Gould Studio. The closest above-ground lot is located in the north-west corner of Front and John Streets, 1/2 block west of the main studio entrance. There is also mininal parking above-ground situated on the east side of the Broadcasting Centre, a 1/2 block west of Simcoe Street, with its entrance on Wellington Street. Underground parking is available at Roy Thomson Hall and Metro Hall with their garage entrances accessible from Wellington Street. The Metro Convention Centre offers underground parking, and this garage can be entered via Simcoe Street. There is also underground parking available in the Workers Safety and Insurance (WSIB) building located in the north-west corner of Simcoe and Front Street West. This garage must be entered from Front Street, and is connected to the Broadcasting Centre by the underground path system. Parking charges vary considerably according to time of day and local events.
